If a signed agreement or other binding project document conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions, the applicable project agreement will control for that project.
4. QUOTES & ESTIMATES
Quotes and estimates may be based on information available to Bullz-I Pros at the time they are prepared. Pricing may change when additional information becomes available, including:
- Changes in project scope
- Site conditions
- Additional labor requirements
- Material availability
- Equipment changes
- Travel requirements
- Permit or inspection requirements
- Customer-requested changes
- Unforeseen conditions
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, a quote does not constitute a guarantee that the final project cost will remain unchanged.
5. SCOPE CHANGES
Any work outside the original agreed scope may require a change order, revised quote, or additional authorization. Examples include:
- Additional equipment
- Additional labor
- Additional cabling
- Unexpected site conditions
- Rework caused by conditions outside Bullz-I Pros' control
- Customer-requested modifications
- Additional travel or mobilization
- Delays requiring additional visits
Bullz-I Pros LLC may require written approval before performing additional billable work.
6. PAYMENT
Payment terms will be established in the applicable proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement. Depending on the project, Bullz-I Pros may require:
- Deposits
- Equipment or material payments
- Progress payments
- Milestone payments
- Final payment upon completion
- Recurring service payments
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or agreement. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or collection costs as permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
7. EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS
When Bullz-I Pros LLC purchases equipment or materials on behalf of a customer, the customer may be responsible for the applicable equipment, material, shipping, taxes, handling, and procurement costs. Equipment availability and pricing may change due to manufacturer availability, supply-chain conditions, discontinued products, or other factors outside our control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and products supplied by third parties.
8. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Bullz-I Pros LLC may work with manufacturers, vendors, subcontractors, independent technicians, technology providers, and other third parties. Third-party products and services may be subject to their own:
- Terms
- Warranties
- Licensing requirements
- Service agreements
- Privacy policies
- Return policies
Bullz-I Pros LLC is not responsible for third-party policies or failures outside of our reasonable control.
9. TECHNICIANS, WORKFORCE & SUBCONTRACTORS
Depending on project requirements, Bullz-I Pros LLC may utilize employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, field technicians, vendors, or other qualified personnel. Personnel assigned to a project will be selected based on the applicable project requirements and available qualifications.
Project-specific requirements may include:
- Experience
- Technical skills
- Background screening
- Client requirements
- Safety requirements
- Site-specific training
- Insurance requirements
- Certifications or licenses where applicable
Bullz-I Pros LLC does not represent that every technician possesses every certification, license, or qualification. Project-specific qualifications will be determined based on the scope of work.
10. LICENSING & REGULATED WORK
Certain work may require specific licenses, permits, certifications, registrations, inspections, or other qualifications. Bullz-I Pros LLC will not represent that it or its personnel are authorized to perform regulated work unless the appropriate authorization exists. Where required, regulated work may be performed by appropriately licensed, qualified, insured, or authorized professionals or subcontractors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding site conditions, existing systems, property requirements, and applicable restrictions.
11. SITE ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the worksite and providing information necessary for Bullz-I Pros to perform the agreed services. Customers may be responsible for:
- Site access
- Parking/access instructions
- Access credentials
- Utilities necessary for the work
- Accurate site information
- Identifying known hazards
- Obtaining customer-required approvals
- Providing access to existing equipment or infrastructure
Delays caused by lack of access, inaccurate information, unavailable equipment, or customer-controlled conditions may affect project scheduling and cost.
12. SAFETY
Bullz-I Pros LLC takes jobsite safety seriously. Customers must disclose known hazards and conditions that could affect personnel, equipment, or property. Bullz-I Pros may stop, postpone, or modify work when conditions are determined to present an unreasonable safety risk. Additional safety requirements may apply depending on the customer, worksite, project, equipment, or applicable regulations.
13. PROJECT SCHEDULES
Project schedules are estimates unless a specific completion date is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Schedules may be affected by:
- Customer delays
- Material availability
- Equipment delays
- Weather
- Site access
- Third-party dependencies
- Permit or inspection requirements
- Scope changes
- Labor availability
- Events outside Bullz-I Pros' reasonable control
Bullz-I Pros LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.
14. TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEM ACCESS
When performing IT, networking, security, AV, or related services, Bullz-I Pros may require temporary access to customer systems or equipment. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate authorization. Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important data before services that could potentially affect systems, configurations, or equipment. Bullz-I Pros LLC is not responsible for loss of data caused by circumstances outside the agreed scope of work or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. PHOTOGRAPHS & PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
Bullz-I Pros LLC may document project work through photographs, notes, diagrams, equipment information, measurements, or other project documentation for purposes such as:
- Quality control
- Troubleshooting
- Project records
- Customer documentation
- Warranty support
- Training
- Internal operations
Use of identifiable customer information, property images, or project information for public marketing purposes will be subject to applicable authorization or agreement.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Bullz-I Pros LLC website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, designs, photographs, documents, training materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bullz-I Pros unless otherwise stated. This includes the Bullz-I Pros LLC name, logo, branding, and related original materials. J.O.A.T.™ materials and branding are also protected to the extent applicable. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission, respecting all intellectual property rights.
17. J.O.A.T.™ TRAINING
J.O.A.T.™ is a technical skills-development and workforce-readiness program. J.O.A.T.™ training may provide foundational instruction and practical skills development. Unless specifically stated otherwise, participation in J.O.A.T.™ does not automatically provide:
- Professional licenses
- Government licenses
- Industry certifications
- OSHA certifications
- Electrical licenses
- Fiber-optic certifications
- Security licenses
- Manufacturer certifications
- Professional trade credentials
Participants may need additional education, testing, certification, licensing, or supervised field experience to qualify for particular occupations or projects.
18. WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided according to the applicable written agreement or scope of work. Third-party products are generally subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty. Any Bullz-I Pros LLC workmanship warranty, service guarantee, or other warranty will be stated in the applicable project agreement.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullz-I Pros LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Any limitation of liability applicable to a specific project will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullz-I Pros and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the customer's:
- Unauthorized use of our services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable law
- Misrepresentation of information
- Unauthorized use of third-party systems or property
Specific indemnification obligations may also be established in individual project agreements.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Bullz-I Pros LLC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include:

- Transportation interruptions
